Service terms

By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Services include site assessment, design, installation, and support as described in your contract.

Product warranties

PV panels and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties (e.g. 25-year product warranty). We pass through these warranties to you and assist with claims where applicable.

Installation agreements

Installation is performed by certified personnel. You are responsible for providing access, necessary permits from your side (if any), and utility cooperation. We obtain required permits and interconnection agreements as part of our scope.

Payment terms

Payment terms are set out in your quote and contract. Typically a deposit is required before ordering equipment, with balance due upon completion and commissioning.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy is specified in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable once equipment is ordered.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract price and applicable law. We carry insurance as required for our operations.

Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the province in which the project is located. We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues first.
